Construction progress has reached the underside of the third floor at 1313 West Wrightwood, the three-unit condominium project in the Wrightwood Neighbors section of Lincoln Park from Drimnagh Development. It’s one of two adjacent properties that saw demolition of 1890s-era homes simultaneously in October of last year, but 1317 next door has yet to begin new construction.

The three units here consist of one four-bedroom unit, likely a duplex on the first floor and lower level, one two-bedroom unit, and another two-bedroom home with private access to the rooftop deck. The other two units will have large terraces facing north on Wrightwood Avenue. Each condo will be allotted one parking space in the three-car garage on the alley. Drimnagh is aiming for September completion. 360 Design Studio is the architect of record.

Residents of 1313 West Wrightwood will live within a half-mile walk south of the CTA Route 74 bus at Fullerton Parkway, while the Route 9 bus for north-south travel is about a half mile west at Ashland Avenue. The nearest elevated train access is the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple Line platform about six blocks west; the 74 bus can be used to transfer to the train.
