Site equipment is almost clear from the now-complete 10 & 30 S Wacker Drive, where owner Tishman Speyer has renovated the entrances of The Loop‘s 40-story CME Center.
Ground-level landscaping and other exterior work is rapidly approaching completion at 110 N Wacker Drive, where Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment & Development have constructed a 56-story office tower in The Loop‘s northwest corner.
Facade work is approaching full completion at the topped-out 60 E Randolph Street, where developer Moceri + Roszak is constructing a 26-story residential development dubbed “Parkline Chicago.”
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the development of Urban Kayaks along the Chicago Riverwalk at 425-475 E Chicago Riverwalk South in The Loop. Located along the riverwalk the site is midway between N Columbus Drive and N Lake Shore Drive, and currently zoned POS-1, or Public Open Space District. The project does not look to create any zoning changes.
