Facade Work Climbs Toward Completion For ‘Arthur on Aberdeen’ in Fulton Market

The facade of the 19-story “Arthur on Aberdeen,” a mixed-use development at 210 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market, is closing in on its roofline. Under the direction of LG Development Group, the project fits into an L-shaped plot on the block, bound by Aberdeen Street to the east and May Street to the west. The core programming within the 420,000 square feet of space includes 363 residential units and 10,000 square feet dedicated to retail.

Exterior Construction Fills Out for 868 N Wells and 920 N Wells Towers in Near North Side

Structural work advances in the Near North Side for two adjacent towers at 868 N Wells Street and 920 N Wells Street. The projects are part of the sprawling North Union megadevelopment, a $1.3 billion master plan that will eventually occupy 2.9 million square feet of space. Both towers are being developed by JDL, designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, and constructed by Power Construction.

Move-Ins Underway Alongside Resident Move-Ins at Structured Development’s Wendelin Park

Wendelin Park, previously known as The Shops at Big Deahl, is now partially open to residents. This $250 million, mixed-use Clybourn Corridor project, managed by Structured Development, is adding three residential buildings to the area: Post Chicago, The Seng, and the soon-to-be-completed Foundry. These buildings, alongside a new 26,000-square-foot public park and public art installations, follow the 2021 completion of Movement Lincoln Park, the first stage of the masterplan and the tallest climbing gym in the city.
