Harper Court Phase II Rises at 5201 S Harper Avenue in Hyde Park

The core and superstructure is now rising for Harper Court Phase II, located at 5201 S Harper Avenue in Hyde Park. Officially dubbed “Hyde Park Labs,” the mixed-use 13-story building is an effort between The University of Chicago, Trammell Crow, and Beacon Capital Partners. The 302,000-square-foot structure will consist primarily of lab and office space geared towards STEM-orient companies, while also introducing 4,000 square feet of retail. The University of Chicago will occupy a portion of the $225 million building for its own engineering and quantum research.

Coppia Approaches Full Height in West Loop

The 19-story development at 1101 W Van Buren Street, named Coppia is nearing its full height in West Loop. Located between two pre-existing residential towers, Coppia fills a previously unoccupied space in the area. The mixed-use project by Pizzuti Development plans to offer 298 apartment units, ranging from studio designs to three-bedroom layouts, with penthouses occupying the top two levels. The podium will contain space for commercial use, along with an 82-car garage.

360 N Green Approaches Exterior Completion in Fulton Market

The 24-story mixed-use building at 360 N Green Street, after reaching its 399-foot height, is approaching the completion of its facade installation. Located in the Fulton Market district, this building is developed by Sterling Bay, a company with several nearby properties at different stages of development. It will include offices, 5,400 square feet of retail space, and tenant amenities across 500,000 square feet.
