Demolition has been completed and foundation work is now underway for an 11-story residential building at 1454 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Marquette Companies is the developer, who has planned a total of 242 apartments comprised of studios, convertibles, and one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and deck, a fitness center and studio, a second-floor outdoor deck, and multiple co-working spaces.
Renderings have been revealed for the proposed Northwestern Medicine Advanced Outpatient Care Center in Old Irving Park. Located at 4441 W Irving Park Road, the community facility site spans the full block from N Kenneth Avenue to N Kilbourn Avenue. Planned by Northwestern Medicine, the development will replace multiple structures currently fronting W Irving Park Road.
Renderings have been revealed for a 19-story residential development located at 23 S Sangamon Street in West Loop. Located across from Mary Bartelme Park, the project site is a corner lot at the intersection of S Sangamon Street and W Monroe Street. Fern Hill is the developer behind the proposal.
