The Chicago City Council has approved the mixed-use redevelopment of the Hollander Building at 2422 N Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square. Located on the intersection with W Fullerton Avenue, the development will replace a parking lot and adjacent one-story structure. Efforts for the project are being led by GW Properties with architecture firm NORR working on its design.
A building permit has been issued for the mixed-use development at 1549 N Fremont Street in the Near North Side. Located just south of the intersection with North Avenue, the project will replace a vacant lot in the quickly densifying area. Efforts for the development are being led by City Pads Chicago with NORR Architects working on its design.
The Saint Grand, a mixed-use development at 218 E Grand in Streeterville, has opened for residents. The project, led by Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development, was topped off in August 2023. The building was designed by NORR and constructed by Lendlease. The building also offers 7,500 square feet of retail space and a bike room for residents and office tenants.

Sitting on the northwest corner of the intersection with W Fullerton Avenue in front of the CTA Blue Line Tracks, the project will replace a surface lot and existing one-story building as well as redevelop the historical property.
The facade of the 19-story “Arthur on Aberdeen,” a mixed-use development at 210 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market, is closing in on its roofline. Under the direction of LG Development Group, the project fits into an L-shaped plot on the block, bound by Aberdeen Street to the east and May Street to the west. The core programming within the 420,000 square feet of space includes 363 residential units and 10,000 square feet dedicated to retail.
