Permits Issued for 751 N Hudson Avenue in River North

Permits have been issued for a nine-story mixed-use building at 751 N Hudson Avenue in River North. Planned by LG Development Group, the new construction which will yield ground-level retail space and 134 units on the above floors. Residents will have access to a fitness center, a second-floor pool deck with cabanas, fire pits, and an outdoor kitchen, as well as a top-floor amenity deck with unobstructed skyline views. Other features include a dog run, bike rooms, tenant storage, conference rooms, and co-working space with breakout rooms.

Construction Wraps Up for AMLI 808 in Near North Side

Exterior work is close to the finish line at AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use building developed by AMLI in Near North Side. Located at 808 N Wells Street, the 225-foot-tall tower will house expansive ground-level retail and 318 apartments on the upper floors.

Facade Nears Completion for AMLI 808 in River North

Facade work is rapidly approaching completion for AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use development at 808 N Wells Street in Near North Side. AMLI is the developer, with plans for 5,900 square feet of retail at the base, as well as 318 apartment units above. The new 225-foot-tall structure will replace a parking lot and a one-story sales center that was built for a previous iteration of the project.

16-Story Office Tower Awaits Groundbreaking at 311 W Huron Street in River North

The approved 16-story office tower at 311 W Huron Street awaits groundbreaking in River North. Poised as part of the Verso River North development, the tower will replace an existing surface parking lot along W Huron Street. The site is located at the intersection of W Huron Street and N Franklin Street, on the southern side of the street. The CTA Brown Line tracks run alongside the property above N Franklin Street. North Wells Capital is the developer behind the project.
