The application came to the Commission on Chicago Landmarks as the existing complex stands inside of the Mid-North Landmark District, which was created in 1974 to protect the various 19th century buildings in the area.
Final exterior touches are now underway for a four-story residential building located at 1825 N Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. Owner APA 2020 Inc. has planned a total of three residences, with features such as a basement level with a three-car garage, a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, an elevator, and a rear porch spanning all above-grade floors. Prior to the new development, the narrow site was occupied by a three-story brick building.
A full construction permit has been approved for Lincoln Park‘s 2650 N Racine Avenue, where the filing owner 2650 N Racine LLC has planned a three-story residential building with three total units. The structure will come with a rooftop deck with a stair enclosure and trellis, a basement level, front balconies on the second and third floors, and a rear staircase. Plans also call for a detached three-car garage with a rooftop deck.
Final touches are wrapping up for a. new four-story, dual-unit residential building at 1913 N Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. Joseph Debella Jr of New Plan Inc is the owner and developer of the edifice, which comes with two parking spaces at grade and a rooftop deck. The structure has replaced a former two-story frame building with a masonry basement level.
Construction is approaching completion for a new four-story residential building at Lincoln Park‘s 1877 N Halsted Street.
