ZBA Approves Zoning for Mixed-Use Development at 2700 N Pine Grove Avenue in Lincoln Park

The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a variance for a mixed-use development at 2700 N Pine Grove Avenue in Lincoln Park. The project is located at the intersection of W Wrightwood Avenue and N Pine Grove Avenue. The site is currently home to the Second Church of Christ Scientist Chicago, who is leading the redevelopment plan for the existing church building in collaboration with developer Ogden Partners.

Construction Commences on Three-Story Daycare at 2745 N Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Park

Full construction permits have now been issued for a three-story daycare center, situated at 2745 N Lincoln Avenue at the northern edge of Lincoln Park. Kensington Lincoln Park Building LLC is the filing owner, whose new construction will replace three former masonry buildings. YIMBY had previously reported on the project in December when foundation permits were issued.

Filed under 1829 Larrabee LLC, the new structure will house a total of four units, while featuring a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a first-floor rear terrace, a rear porch and staircase along floors two through four, and a four-car garage at the basement. A portion of the garage will extend from the main building, and will be topped by additional deck space.
