This new construction will provide three total units, a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, steel stairs, and a detached three-car garage.

Owned by Mz-1943 Mohawk Development LLC, the new development will feature three total units, as well as a basement, a rear deck, a first-floor balcony, as well as second- and third-floor terraces with pergolas. The rear of the property will also include a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. The new construction is set to replace a postmodern-styled four-story residence.
