Real estate records show the home sold for $585,000 in 2023, with developer Borter Z, Inc making the purchase and delivering plans for the new project.

The teardown directive was issued with B & K Concrete 1 named as the demo contractor, at an estimated cost of $45,000.

The two multi-unit residences were sold by a private seller this past summer, according to 2832-2834racine.com, a website set up for the two properties. Real estate records show the entity of 2834 Racine LLC as the buyer, who in turn is listed in both demolition permits as the property owner. Tir Conaill Concrete was assigned as the demo contractor.
