Zoning has been approved for the proposed Northwestern Medicine Advanced Outpatient Care Center in Old Irving Park. Located at 4441 W Irving Park Road, the site spans the full block from N Kenneth Avenue to N Kilbourn Avenue. Planned by Northwestern Medicine, the development will replace multiple structures currently fronting W Irving Park Road.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development located at 1201 W Fulton Market in West Loop. Located at the intersection of N Racine Avenue and W Fulton Market, the corner lot is currently occupied by an existing one-story building. Fulton Street Companies and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital are the developers behind the proposal.
Cladding is well underway for Rush University Medical Center’s new 10-story cancer and neuroscience center at 850 W Jackson Boulevard. The project is named after Joan and Paul Rubschlager, whose donation not only helped fund its construction, but is also the largest in the institution’s history.

Located on an interior lot along E Huron Street, the site is between N Wabash Avenue and N Rush Street. The development will amend an existing planned development, allowing for the adaptive reuse and renovation of an existing, vacant office space. Restorative Care Institute is the developer and eventual tenant for the project.
