Construction Permit Comes Through For 3310 North Lincoln Avenue In Lake View

A residential development has been permitted at 3310 North Lincoln Avenue in Lake View, two and a half years after applications were filed to start construction. Mangan Builders will put up a six-story building on the site, which was cleared of a pair of low-sling structures back in spring 2024. The permit was issued on March 27, and it shows a reported cost of $6 million. Mangan is the general contractor, in addition to their developer duties.

Revised Plans Revealed For Dinkel’s Bakery Redevelopment

Revised plans have been revealed for mixed-use development at 3327 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. Sitting on a wedge-shaped lot with N Marshfield Avenue running along the rear, the new building will replace a handful of existing structures including the home of Dinkel’s Bakery. Developer PCR Group has been working with Jonathan Splitt Architects on the design while pursuing a rezoning of the site.

Dinkel’s Replacement Advances To September’s Zoning Meeting

A meeting time has been set to review the zoning application for the mixed-use development at 3327 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. Replacing the long-term home of neighborhood staple Dinkel’s Bakery, the new proposal will also demolish three-additional buildings ranging from one to three stories in height. Developer PCR Group is working with Jonathan Splitt Architects on the design, whose application was deferred at last month’s zoning meeting.
