A demolition permit was filed this past week for a two-story multi-unit residence along with a detached frame garage located at 1330 W Henderson Street in the Lake View neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as the 1300 W Henderson LLC.
For those interested, they will find the nearest bus route available is the 77. The 77 can be boarded at the Belmont & Southport stop via a two-minute walk south. The CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Southport station via a five-minute walk north. There is a very active restaurant and retail scene nearby along N Ashland Avenue.
Carlos Group Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted for any future projects.
