Vacant for more than ten years, the project site is an infill site off of N Michigan Avenue. The midblock location is bound by two adjacent buildings spanning the block between N Michigan Avenue and N St. Clair Street. The Prime Group is the developer behind the proposal.

Located at the intersection of W Fulton Market and N Racine Avenue, the corner property is currently occupied by a one-story event space building and a two-story small-scale industrial building. Fulton Street Companies is the developer behind the project.

Fronting N Halsted Street, the project site is located midblock south of W Armitage Avenue. The site is currently occupied by a single-story building holding the Manhandler Saloon. Consisting of an irregularly-shaped site, the property consists of an empty lot at the intersection of W Lake Street and N Aberdeen Street, the historic Arthur Harris Building along N Aberdeen Street located in the Fulton-Randolph Market Historic District, and a few one-story masonry buildings behind Arthur Harris fronting N May Street. LG Development Group is the developer behind the proposal.
