Final interior and exterior work is wrapping up for a four-story mixed-use commercial building just across from Wrigley Field in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville.
Zoning has been approved for a mixed-use development at 3333 N Lincoln Avenue by the western edge of Lake View. The project is planned by Sal Sutton of the applicant organization Chicago 3333 Lincoln, LLC.
Construction permits were recently issued for a three-story residential building at 3229 N Racine Avenue in Lake View. Paul Coen is the listed owner, who has planned three total units, a rooftop deck, and a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. Prior to development, the site was occupied by a two-floor frame residential building.
Construction has topped out for 949 W Dakin Street, aka Wrigleyville Lofts, a seven-story mixed-use building underway in Lake View. Developed by Draper & Kramer, the project will house 13,000 square feet of retail, with commercial units ranging from 1,300 to 2,200 square feet. The above floors will yield 120 apartments, split between 108 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedroom units.
Construction permits have been issued for a three-story, four-dwelling residential building penned for Lake View‘s 3837 N Kenmore Avenue. Listed under the owner 3837 N Kenmore LLC, the project will contain four total dwelling units and a detached four-car garage with a rooftop deck. The development is set to replace a two-story masonry residence and a detached garage in the rear.
