A permit was issued this week for a new three-story residential building, located at 2763 N Kenmore Avenue in Lincoln Park. The developer, 2763 N Kenmore LLC, has planned for a total of three units with balconies on the front and back of the building. There will be a roof deck and a detached three-car garage with its own porch. The new construction will be replacing a previously vacant lot.
The architect of record is Christopher Boehm. No renderings have been publicized.
As for transportation, the nearest bus access can be found on Route 76 via a two-minute west to Diversey & Seminary. For access to the CTA L, Brown and Purple Lines are available at Diversey station via a three-minute walk east. There are many opportunities for dining and retail within a five-minute walk of the property.
Bachula Development Inc will serve as the general contractor for the $778,350 development. An anticipated completion date is not yet known.
