A demolition permit was filed this past week for a one-story commercial building located at 1644 W Diversey Parkway in the Lake View neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Eirpol LLC.
Bus service for Route 76 is available at the Diversey & Paulina stop via a one-minute walk west. The CTA L Brown and Purple Lines can be found at the Diversey station via an 18-minute walk east. There is a very active restaurant and retail scene along Diversey Parkway.
Pro Excavating Inc is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of this writing, no plans have been submitted for any future projects.
