Poised to fill a plot of empty land along N Lake Shore Drive, the project site is located at the intersection of N Lake Shore Drive and W Waveland Avenue. City Club Apartments is the developer behind the proposal.
A revised design has been revealed for a mixed-use development at 125 W Maple Street in the Near North Side. Located at the intersection of N LaSalle Drive and W Maple Street the proposal is sited on a corner parcel currently occupied by a four-story masonry condominium building. The structure will be bought out by the developers and demolished as part of the plan. Fifield Companies is the developer behind the proposed plan.

Vacant for more than ten years, the project site is an infill site off of N Michigan Avenue. The midblock location is bound by two adjacent buildings spanning the block between N Michigan Avenue and N St. Clair Street. The Prime Group is the developer behind the proposal.

Located at the intersection of W Fulton Market and N Racine Avenue, the corner property is currently occupied by a one-story event space building and a two-story small-scale industrial building. Consisting of an irregularly-shaped site, the property consists of an empty lot at the intersection of W Lake Street and N Aberdeen Street, the historic Arthur Harris Building along N Aberdeen Street located in the Fulton-Randolph Market Historic District, and a few one-story masonry buildings behind Arthur Harris fronting N May Street. LG Development Group is the developer behind the proposal.
