Zoning has been approved for a four-story residential building at 3604 N Campbell Avenue in North Center. The owner, listed under 2604 North Campbell Avenue, LLC, is planning 12 total dwelling units. Zoning designation of B3-2 permits commercial space on the first floor and apartments above. The now-approved amendment sought to include all-residential use, foregoing grade-level retail space. The first floor will instead include resident parking and an amenity room.

Zoning Approved for a Mixed-Use Building at 2107-11 W Caton Street in Wicker Park

Zoning has been approved for a four-story mixed-use building at 2107-11 W Caton Street in Wicker Park. The owner, Sean McKeough, is planning ground-floor retail, with eight residential units on the three floors above. Additional features will include a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, as well as an attached eight-car garage.

The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a new zoning ordinance for a proposed four-story residential building at 1638 N Sedgwick Street, located in Old Town. Planned by Greif Properties, Inc, the development will house three condominium units as well as a basement level. Additional components include a three-story rear staircase, a rooftop deck/enclosure, and a two-car parking pad.

Zoning Approved for Mixed-Use Development at 1005 W 31st Street in Bridgeport

The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the new zoning for a mixed-use development at 1005 W 31st Street in Bridgeport. The site is located on an interior lot between S Morgan Street and S Aberdeen Street. The 31 CTA bus route runs along W 31st Street, stopping at the 31st and Morgan intersection, within a one-minute walk from the site. Jiarong Zhang is in charge of the development.

The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the zoning for a new residential development at 719 N Elizabeth Street in West Town. The interior site is located between W Huron Street and W Chicago Avenue. The Chicago CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line, is a six-minute walk from the site. The 66 CTA bus route, accessed at the Chicago and Elizabeth stop, is a two-minute walk from the site. JL Development LLC is in charge of the project.

Located on an interior lot, the project will sit between W Fullerton Parkway and W Belden Avenue. The CTA 22 and 36 Routes can be accessed at the Clark and Belden bus stop, within steps of the site. The Fullerton CTA L station, serviced by the Red, Purple, and Brown Lines, is accessible via a 15-minute walk. 2300 Clark Development LLC is in charge of the development of the project.
