Randolph Market unveils a new section of street wall as brick cladding wraps up at 1020 W Randolph Street in Fulton Market. L3 Capital is the developer of the five-story mixed-use building, which will feature a 1,850-square-foot rooftop deck.
Structural work is now sprouting above ground level for 150 E Ontario Street in Streeterville, set to give rise to a new 28-story hotel. Planned by The Prime Group, the 345-foot structure will house the RIU Hotels and Resorts chain, featuring 388 guestrooms. A cafe will also be located at the southeast corner of the building’s street level
Taking ninth place in our year-end construction countdown, the 28-story hotel at 150 E Ontario Street is gearing up to rise in Streeterville. Developed by The Prime Group, the 345-foot-tall project will be the next location for the Spanish hotel brand RIU Hotels and Resorts, offering a total of 388 rooms. Additionally, a ground-level cafe will be situated at the southeast corner of the tower base.
Plans have been unveiled for a new 15-story mixed-use tower at 640 W Randolph Street in West Loop Gate. Vista Property Group intends to replace a surface parking lot with the new 225-foot-tall structure at the intersection of Randolph and Desplaines. There will be a total of 117,000 square feet of office space atop 2,500 square feet of ground-level commercial space.
Cladding has begun installation for the five-story 1020 W Randolph Street in Fulton Market District. The commercial building will offer ground-floor retail and upper-level Class A offices, with L3 Capital as the developer. The building will have a 1,850-square-foot rooftop deck encased in amenities and 22,000 square feet of interior space with modern finishes, living walls, and warehouse-style windows.
