The mixed-use development at 1840 N Marcey Street in Lincoln Park has advanced to be reviewed by the Committee on Zoning. Located west of N Clybourn Avenue and across the river from Lincoln Yards, the proposal will replace a one-story commercial building near the recently announced 2033 N Kingsbury Avenue. Developer Sterling Bay is working with local-firm SCB on its design, adding to all of their other surrounding projects.

Initial details have been revealed for a mixed-use development at 370 N Carpenter Street in the West Loop. Located on the southwest corner with W Kinzie Street and across the way from Fulton Labs, the proposal will replace a one-story commercial building and its surrounding parking lot. The project is being brought forward by Sterling Bay who is working with an undisclosed architect.

Updated details have been reviewed by the Committee on Design for the mixed-use development at 2033 N Kingsbury Avenue in Lincoln Park. Originally proposed late last year and revised earlier this summer, the new structure will replace a vacant lot adjacent to the future home of Lincoln Yards. Similar to the megadevelopment and another nearby proposal at 1840 N Marcey Street, Sterling Bay is behind this project which is being designed by local firm Pappageorge Haymes.

Located in the Fulton Market district, this building is developed by Sterling Bay, a company with several nearby properties at different stages of development. It will include offices, 5,400 square feet of retail space, and tenant amenities across 500,000 square feet.
