The information comes as developer Sterling Bay submits a zoning application for the site, which currently holds the Cougle Commission factory. However the developer is selling the site, using the Gensler-designed project to rezone it as part of the sales package.

Renderings have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 370 N Carpenter Street in the West Loop. Developer Sterling Bay held a community meeting for the project earlier this week where we received a first look at what the finished product may look like. Sitting on the intersection with W Kinzie Street, the project replaces a small industrial building with a new tower designed by HPA.

360 N Green Street Approaches Exterior Completion as Countdown’s Third Tallest Project

As the third tallest construction project in our year-end countdown, the 24-story 360 N Green Street in Fulton Market is undergoing final exterior and landscaping work. The 500,000-square-foot office building, developed by Sterling Bay, will feature office spaces, 5,400 square feet of retail space, and a range of tenant amenities. Floor plates will scale up to over 26,000 square feet, offering tenants access to private balconies between 249 and 523 square feet on each floor.
