The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a mixed-use development at 3914 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. The wedge-shaped structure, bound by N Lincoln Avenue to the east and N Damen Avenue to the west, will replace an empty lot and three buildings on Damen Avenue, one of which is orange-rated. Developer Longford Construction partnered with SPACE Architects + Planners on the masonry clad building.
