There will also be three on-site parking spots. The project comes just after the approval for permits issued to the same owner on the neighboring shared property which YIMBY reported on in November.

The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a mixed-use development at 3914 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. The wedge-shaped structure, bound by N Lincoln Avenue to the east and N Damen Avenue to the west, will replace an empty lot and three buildings on Damen Avenue, one of which is orange-rated. Developer Longford Construction partnered with SPACE Architects + Planners on the masonry clad building.
