Updated renderings have been revealed for the upcoming mixed-use development at 3950 N Damen Avenue and 3959 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. Late last month we shared revised plans for the two-structure development which slightly shrunk in size; we now have renderings showing the new design for both structures with a few additional details.
A renovation/alteration permit has been issued for 4345 North Western Avenue in North Center. The project, with an estimated cost of $70,000, was approved through the standard plan review process and will involve interior alterations to the existing three-story brick building.
Details have been revealed for the residential redevelopment at 3759 N Western Avenue in North Center. Located on the intersection with W Grace Street, the project would redevelop an existing three-story structure and replace an adjacent one-story building. Efforts for the development are being led by 4Corners LLC.
Construction has begun for the 52-unit 3605 North Ravenswood residential development in North Center. Located on the northeast corner of the intersection connecting Addison Street, Ravenswood Avenue, and Lincoln Avenue, the six-story building is being developed by Macon Construction (also the general contractor) and Stocking Urban. Designs by Hirsch MPG call for the sixth floor to serve as an amenity deck, with the ground floor holding two commercial spaces. There will be 12 off-street parking spaces on the alley off Ravenswood.
Updated plans will be reviewed by the Chicago Plan Commission for the mixed-use development at 3950 N Damen Avenue and 3959 N Lincoln Avenue in North Center. Located on the intersection with W Irving Park Road, the two site project has been in the works for over a year and has now been slightly scaled back.
