The tower crane is gone now that the Northwestern Medicine ​Bronzeville Outpatient Center at 4822 S Cottage Grove Avenue in Grand Boulevard is topped out. General contractors Power Construction and Ujamaa Construction have been on the job since breaking ground last year. Having reached the top side of the 5th and uppermost floor, cladding around the parking levels and glazing for the upper floors and street level should begin soon.

Details have been revealed for the mixed-use redevelopment of the large commercial property at 1800 N Clybourn Avenue in Lincoln Park. Spread across two-lots, the project is traversed by W Willow Street and bound by N Sheffield Avenue to the east. The multi-phase project is being led by local-developer CRM Properties Group with Lamar Johnson Collaborative working on its design.

Construction has officially completed for Embry, a 16-story residential condominium development at 21 N May Street in West Loop. Developed by Sulo Development and designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), the building has yielded 58 condominium units, 80 percent of which have been pre-sold at the time of opening. The building offers a range of unit types including two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, duplexes, and two penthouses. The column-free interior layouts vary in size from 1,828 to 5,187 square feet, with prices ranging from $1.4 million to $7.5 million.
