Initial funding was approved for the new BandWith Chicago headquarters at 134 S California Avenue in East Garfield Park. Bound by W Wilcox Street to the north and W Adams Street to the south, the new center will redevelop an existing industrial building with a sawtooth roof. The project is being developed by the non-profit organization BandWith and is being designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative.
Near the center of West Loop at 21 N May Street, Embry, a 16-story condominium tower is approaching the final stages of its facade work. Developed by Sulo Development, Embry will house 58 residences, with floor plans between 1,828 and 5,200 square feet, available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations.
Facade work is now taking shape for a new three-story commercial structure at 151 N Michigan Avenue in New Eastside. Led by BJB Partners, the 74-foot project will replace a former single-story restaurant with 15,000 square feet of new commercial space.

This project is a direct addition to the Millennium Park Plaza apartment complex adjacently north, and has been developed by BJB Partners. The development resides at intersection of Michigan & Randolph, formerly home to a single-story restaurant.
