Office Addition at Fulton Market’s 732 W Randolph Preps for Construction

Parking lot demolition and excavation has begun for a new nine-story commercial addition at 732 W Randolph Street, located just west of the Kennedy Expressway in Fulton Market District. Acosta Ezgur is the developer behind the planned structure, which would integrate with a pair of mid-rise buildings adjacently east. The shorter of the two at 730 W Randolph Street is a six-story historic landmark that houses both office and retail. Just east is the 12-story 720 W Randolph Street, which contains condominiums and flexible commercial space. Combined, the planned addition and the two existing structures have been dubbed “Randolph Office Center.”

A Final Look at the Now-Open 1111 W Addison Street in Lake View

Last month, a new four-story commercial building opened at 1111 W Addison Street, directly across the Addison & Clark intersection from Wrigley Field. Planned by West Addison Development, the roughly 60,000 square feet of programming includes just under 16,000 square feet of ground-level retail and a climbing/fitness gym on the upper floors. The recent construction replaces a former single-story Taco Bell restaurant.

Zoning Approved for Mixed-Use Development at 1754 W Addison Street in Roscoe Village

The Committee on Zoning has approved rezoning for a new mixed-use development at 1754 W Addison Street in Roscoe Village. The project will replace a small shopping plaza and two multi-unit residential buildings on the corner of N Ravenswood Avenue and W Addison Street. Rezoning the lot from a commercial and single-family housing designation to a community shopping district will allow developer 3601 N Ravenswood LLC to proceed with their permitting process.
