The Hanna Architects design includes retail space and a twenty-car garage on the ground floor, with the residences occupying the upper four stories. Foster and Lincoln LLC is named in the construction permit, issued back in 2022, as the developer, with DOM Properties as general contractor.
A 42-unit residential building is progressing at 5151 N Lincoln Avenue in Lincoln Square. The five-story development replaces a one-story building at 5151 and a two-story structure at 5153 N Lincoln Avenue. Both were permitted for demolition August 16, 2022.

Following the permit approval for a similar building acrosss the street by the same developer, DOM Properties, this upcoming project will feature a three-story structure with a basement, hosting five dwelling units. This new structure will stand in place of what was formerly an unoccupied lot.

The development occupies a triangular lot, bordered by Caton Street, an adjacent commercial building, and the CTA L tracks. Previously, a single-story masonry building stood on this site. The developer, Lux Living 4U, has constructed eight residential units and ground-floor retail space.
Full permits have been issued for a new residential development at 5354 N Sheridan Road in Edgewater. The corner lot, located at the intersection of N Sheridan Road and W Balmoral Avenue, is currently home to the Wing Hoe Restaurant. Tempus Properties is spearheading this latest addition to the neighborhood.
