The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use tower at 1565 N Clybourn Avenue in the Near North Side. Situated across the street from the Lincoln Park Apple Store along N Halsted Street, the project will be replacing a small commercial building within a larger complex owned by developer The Georgetown Company and designed by bKL Architecture.
The updated plans for the mixed-use development at 170 N May Street and 175 N Racine Avenue, as well as a revision for the lot at 210 N Racine Avenue, will head to this month’s Plan Commission meeting. Located along the intersection with W Lake Street within the Fulton Market District, the multi-phase project was initially revealed over four years ago with a different design.
Updated renderings have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 170 N May Street and 175 N Racine Avenue in the West Loop. Bound by W Lake Street to the north, the project will be replacing a long-time vacant lot and was announced over four years ago. The efforts are still being led by LG Development which announced a major redesign of the property earlier this year.

Updated plans have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1143 W Lake Street in Fulton Market. Occupying a majority of the block between W Randolph Street, the developer has submitted a revised zoning application with a new iteration of the design. The proposal is still being led by LG Group with bKL Architecture now working on its design.
