Cladding and window installation is making rapid headway for Vista Property Group’s 15-story mixed-use development, located at 609 W Randolph Street in West Loop Gate.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development at 741 N Wells Street in River North. Fronting N Wells Street, the project site is bound by W Chicago Avenue to the north, a public alley and parking lot to the east, and a small parking lot to the south. The property currently consists of a historic masonry structure at 755 N Wells Street that will be retained, a one-story retail structure, and a three-story masonry structure. Vista Property Group is the developer behind the proposal.
Work has officially broken ground at 410 S Wabash Avenue in The Loop, where developer LMC has planned a 25-story mixed-use tower. The project is set to yield 8,000 square feet of ground-level retail and 344 apartments on the upper floors. These units will be divided into 220 studios, 60 one-bedrooms, 61 two-bedrooms, and three three-bedrooms.
Facade work is approaching completion at Southbridge Phase I, which comprises of two six-story buildings located at 2310 S State Street and 2344 S State Street in Chicago’s Near South Side. Developed by McCaffrey and The Community Builders, each building will offer ground-level retail and 103 mixed-income apartments on the upper floors. Amenities will comprise of a fitness center, a community dining space, and multiple outdoor terraces with city views. Parking will also offer surface-level spaces located in the rear.
Work has reached full height at 508 E Pershing Road, a four-story mixed-use building that recently topped out in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Planned by The Community Builders Inc, the development will house 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail with 53 residential units on the upper floors. Under the Chicago Housing Authority, 36 of these units will be affordable, with the remaining 17 residences as market rate.
