Final interior and exterior work is wrapping up for a four-story mixed-use commercial building just across from Wrigley Field in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville.
Equipment and exterior scaffolding can be seen for 3121 N Broadway, a seven-story mixed-use conversion of an existing five-story parking garage, located in Lakeview East.
Work is wrapping up on the townhome facades at Alcove Wicker Park, a 55-unit residential development situated at 1648 W Division Street in Wicker Park, just west of Polish Triangle. Planned by Vermillion Development, the 12 connected townhomes will follow the first-phase completion of a seven-story, 43-unit condominium tower. Both buildings are oriented around a central courtyard and nestled in the center of a triangular block formed by Division and Milwaukee.
Much of the glass has been installed on Wrigleyville‘s 1111 W Addison Street, where West Addison Development has planned a four-story climbing and bouldering facility with three retail units at the ground floor.
Zoning has been approved for a mixed-use development located at 4640 N Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Placed along N Western Avenue, the site is directly adjacent to the CTA Brown Line tracks and the Western CTA L station. The property currently holds a four-story commercial and storage building as well as an adjacent one-story commercial structure. Glascott Associates is the developer behind the proposal.
