Move-ins have kicked off for 12 four-story townhomes, located at 1648 W Division Street in Wicker Park. Planned by Vermillion Development, the new construction represents the second phase and final phase of a broader development known as Alcove Wicker Park. The project represents Wicker Park’s largest new townhome and condominium development in 15 years.
The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved zoning for a mixed-use development located at 4640 N Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Placed along N Western Avenue, the site is directly adjacent to the CTA Brown Line tracks and the Western CTA L station. The property currently holds a four-story commercial and storage building as well as an adjacent one-story commercial structure. Glascott Associates is the developer behind the proposal.
Full construction permits have now been issued for a four-story residential development at 1118 W Patterson Avenue in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville neighborhood. Patterson Green LLC is the owner and developer, who had purchased the property in 2018 for just over $3 million. In October of last year, demolition permits were issued for two existing residential buildings, clearing the way for the now-imminent construction.
Construction is now complete for Vermillion Development‘s Alcove Wicker Park, a 55-unit residential development located at 1648 W Division Street in Wicker Park. Plans include a seven-story condominium building with 43 units, as well as a second-phase row of 12 connected townhomes.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development at 3601 N Ravenswood Avenue in Lake View. Located at the intersection of Ravenswood Avenue and W Addison Street, the corner lot is currently home to multiple structures. A retail strip center faces W Addison Street and holds three occupied commercial units while two multifamily residential structures face N Ravenswood Avenue, north of the retail center. Macon Construction Group and Stocking Urban are the developers behind the project.
