Renovation permits have been issued for an existing four-story residential building located at 20 S Hamlin Boulevard in West Garfield Park. KEMT LLC is the listed owner of the currently unoccupied building. Plans include increasing the unit count from seven to eight, updated interior finishes, minor exterior site work, structural repairs and reinforcements, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Construction permits have been issued for a four-story mixed-use development at 4149 S Cottage Grove Avenue, near the eastern edge of Bronzeville. D.O.M. Properties is the filing owner, who plans 48 total units with two retail spaces. Parking will be split into 27 interior parking spaces and 23 exterior spaces. The new project will replace a currently vacant grass lot.
Exterior work is nearing completion on the fourth building of PLSN Condos, located at 816-832 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen. Located along W Cullerton Street, the site is between S Halsted Street and S Peoria Street. Public 2 LLC is the developer behind the project.
Full construction permits have been issued for a four-story mixed-use building located at 4410 N Clark Street in Uptown. Currently, the site is occupied by a single-story masonry building. For the replacing development, owner Stan Bernshteyn has planned retail at ground level with 25 apartments above. Additional features include a rooftop deck, 13 parking spaces, and 19 bike spaces.
