The v-shaped project site is bound by N Kingsbury Street to the west, W Blackhawk Street to the north, and N Dayton Street to the east. Structured Development is in charge of the proposal.
Construction has topped out on the fourth building in PLSN Condos, located at 816-832 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen. Located along W Cullerton Street, the site is between S Halsted Street and S Peoria Street. Public 2 LLC is the developer behind the project.
Construction has topped off on Cirrus and Cascade, a pair of residential towers located in Lakeshore East. Officially addressed at 211 N Harbor Drive and 455 E Waterside Drive, respectively, Cirrus and Cascade are part of the larger Lakeshore East development within the Parcels IJKL. The site sits between N Harbor Drive and Lake Shore Drive, just south of the multi-level Wacker Drive. The towers are being developed by Lendlease and Magellan Development Group, with bKL Architecture in charge of the design.
Construction continues on the second phase of the adaptive reuse development dubbed Mural Park in Pilsen. Located at 920 W Cullerton Street, the building is the second of two old warehouses to be transformed into Class-A office space. The site for the two buildings is bound by W 19th Street to the north, S Sangamon Street to the west, W Cullerton Street to the south, and adjacent buildings to the east, with S Peoria Street enclosing the full block.
The Commission on Chicago Landmarks has approved the demolition of structures at 906 and 910 W Fulton Market in Fulton Market. Located at the corner of W Fulton Market and N Peoria Street, the two structures are part of a redevelopment project spanning between 900 and 910 W Fulton Market. Shorewood Development Group is in charge of the project.
