Photos show work is underway on the 21,000-square-foot, all-inclusive wellness club Bian in River North. Developed by Boka Group, the private club is located at the southern entrance of the seven-acre Montgomery Ward building, built in 1907.
Move-ins have begun for the 12-story “Superior House,’ one of Near North Side‘s newest condominium buildings. Designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects, with interior work by Gary Lee Partners, the boutique building offers 34 units in total.
YIMBY has north- and east-facing photos from the 41st floor of Wolf Point East, a 679-foot-tall, 60-story residential building in River North. The photos show the scope and magnitude of several projects under construction around downtown.
Topping off at 13 stories, 448 N LaSalle Drive has reached its full height in River North. YIMBY previously reported on the office development which filed for construction permits this past spring. Construction photos currently show the building’s structure reaching the final floor, where the rooftop deck will be. Additionally, the main curtain wall now covers the first seven floors, with the eighth floor partially installed.
