Having reached its full height of six stories, the ongoing construction at 1257 W Roosevelt Road in Little Italy represents a collaborative effort between Related Midwest and the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA). This residential project forms part of the larger Roosevelt Square Phase 3B development, which features a variety of housing options, retail spaces, and the soon-to-open National Museum of Public Housing.
