This six-story, mixed-use building is part of the larger Roosevelt Square Phase 3B development, which aims to introduce a variety of mixed-income housing options, retail spaces, and the new National Museum of Public Housing. Overall, Roosevelt Square will feature 2,441 housing units, encompassing both multifamily and single-family structures.

The Dylan, a 30-story mixed-use development at 160 North Morgan Street in Fulton Market, has completed construction and is now welcoming its first residents. The 350-foot high rise, a collaboration between Sterling Bay and Ascentris, offers a total of 282 rental apartments atop 2,657 square feet of ground-level retail.
Last week, YIMBY had the chance to tour ‘The Row Fulton Market,’ located at 164 N Peoria Street. Standing 495 feet in height, this 43-story structure is among the tallest west of the Kennedy Expressway. Built by Related Midwest, ‘The Row’ represents an investment close to $200 million. It holds 300 residential units, with a noteworthy 20 percent designated as affordable housing. Also integrated into the design is a 146-vehicle garage.
