The Row Fulton Market Opens To Residents

The Row, Fulton Market, a new mixed-use skyscraper at 164 N Peoria Street, has now opened to its first residents. Standing at 495 feet, this 43-story structure is the second skyscraper in the West Loop area, following the skyscraper at 727 W Madison Street, built in 2018. Developed by Related Midwest, the project carries a price tag of approximately $200 million and includes 300 residential units, 20% of which are set as affordable housing. The building also houses a 146-vehicle garage, integrated into the podium.

Core Rises for 1257 W Roosevelt Road in Little Italy

Core construction is now underway at 1257 W Roosevelt Road in Little Italy, under development by Related Midwest in partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority. The six-story mixed-use project represents one of the four buildings within the Roosevelt Square Phase 3B development, which will include new mixed-income residences, retail, and the new National Museum of Public Housing. Roosevelt Square as a whole is set to provide 2,441 total units, taking on the form of both multifamily and single-family buildings.

First Floor Rises for 1002 S Racine Avenue in Little Italy

Located at 1002 South Racine Avenue in Chicago’s Little Italy neighborhood, construction is now above grade for a six-story mixed-use building. Developed by Related Midwest in partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority, the project is part of the Roosevelt Square Phase 3B masterplan. This sub-phase will yield three mixed-income apartment buildings, as well as a fourth building for The National Museum of Public Housing and an additional 15 residences with affordable options.
