Final interior and exterior work is wrapping up for a four-story mixed-use commercial building just across from Wrigley Field in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville.
Final exterior touches remain for a three-story climbing gym, the first stage of a larger mixed-use plan by Structured Development known as Big Deahl. Located at 1460 N Dayton Street in Near North Side, the facility will house a new Planet Granite and on-site parking with 16 spaces.
Much of the glass has been installed on Wrigleyville‘s 1111 W Addison Street, where West Addison Development has planned a four-story climbing and bouldering facility with three retail units at the ground floor.
Zoning has been approved for the updated Big Deahl development, generally located at 1450 N Dayton Street in the Near North Side. The v-shaped project site is bound by N Kingsbury Street to the west, W Blackhawk Street to the north, and N Dayton Street to the east. Structured Development is in charge of the proposal.
Construction is nearing completion for a four-story commercial building, located at 1111 W Addison Street in Lake View‘s Wrigleyville. The project, planned by West Addison Development, is set to contain retail on the ground floor with a climbing and bouldering center above. A separate permit indicated that the developer will build out six climbing walls within the second through fourth floors.
