Final siding work has kicked off for DG Advisors Group’s 2633 N Emmett Street, a three-story residential building situated in Logan Square. With four total units, the development comes with a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, front and rear decks on the first and second floors, and a detached four-car garage with its own rooftop deck. This new structure has replaced a two-story frame residence and detached garage, which received demolition permits this past April.
Exterior work is approaching completion for the seven-story Emmett Street Apartments at 2602-38 N Emmett Street in Logan Square. Previously occupied by a parking lot, the nearly one-acre parcel is bordered by N Emmett Street, N Kedzie Avenue, the CTA L Blue Line at Logan Square station, a rear alley, and four-story residential building.
Construction permits have been filed for a new residential building situated at 2821 W Lyndale Street in Logan Square. Developed by Urban Edge Group LLC, the three-story development will house two total units, and will be topped by a rooftop deck and stair enclosure. There will also be rear decks along the first and second floors, as well as rear stairs from the first to third floors. As for parking, there will be a detached two-car garage with its own rooftop deck. The construction is set to replace a two-story frame residence.
Structural work has reached its full height for a three-story residential building at 2820 W Lyndale Street in Logan Square. Prior to construction, the site was occupied by two frame residences that were demolished between 2017 and 2019.
