New details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 2525 N Kedzie Boulevard in Logan Square. Located on the intersection with N Linden Place and just south of the main square, the site currently holds a parking lot and City Lit Books within a one-story commercial space. Currently no renderings have been publicized for the project that’s being developed by Bickerdike Redevelopment.

Located on the northeast corner with W Bloomingdale Avenue on the southern boundary of the neighborhood, the project will replace a two-story home and its yards. Located on the intersection with N Campbell Avenue near the border with Bucktown, the project will be replacing a vacant lot across the street from a shopping plaza. Developer SNS Realty Group is behind the proposal which is being designed by RED Architects.
Initial renderings have been revealed for the remodel of the Logan Square CTA Blue Line station at 2620 N Milwaukee Avenue. Located on the intersection with N Kedzie Avenue across the street from the famed square, the multi-exit station is set to receive its first major renovation in its 50-year history. The project is being led by Chicago Transit Authority and the Chicago Department of Transportation who are working local-form Jacobs Engineering on its design.
