Facade work is approaching completion for Peoria Green, a six-story residential development underway in West Loop. The developer ZSD Corp is planning 17 condominium units split into two wings under the addresses 123 S Peoria Street and 128 S Green Street. The construction is replacing a former parking lot, adding to the rapidly evolving density of West Loop’s southeast corner.
Construction has topped out for 949 W Dakin Street, aka Wrigleyville Lofts, a seven-story mixed-use building underway in Lake View. Developed by Draper & Kramer, the project will house 13,000 square feet of retail, with commercial units ranging from 1,300 to 2,200 square feet. The above floors will yield 120 apartments, split between 108 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedroom units.
Foundation work has begun for CA6 Condominiums, an eight-story residential building located at 305-323 S Racine Avenue in the southwest corner of West Loop. Co-planned by Belgravia Group and JRG Capital Partners, the development will house a total of 72 condominium units.
The Zoning Board of Appeals has approved variances for a mixed-use development at 6 N Carpenter Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Madison Street and N Carpenter Street, the project site is a corner lot that is currently occupied by two existing one-story buildings. ZSD Corp is the developer behind the proposal.
