The exterior walls are taking shape for a new health and wellness center at 2933 W Division Street in Humboldt Park. Developed by Humboldt Park Health and designed by JGMA, the three-story building will feature an iridescent facade made up of blue and teal metal paneling and a glass curtain wall.
The mixed-use development at 1450 N Larrabee Street in Old Town is set to advance to the Committee on Zoning. The wedge-shaped site is bound by the angled portion of N Clybourn Avenue on the west side, with the vacant lot having been the home of the Near North Career Metropolitan High School. The development team is made up of the Chicago Housing Authority, Pennrose Properties, Hunt Companies, Imagine Group, and a Cabrini-Green resident group, with JGMA serving as the architect.

The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a new school structure at 8231 S South Shore Drive in South Chicago. Located just north of the intersection with E 83rd Street near Steelworks Park and Rainbow Beach, the proposal will replace a handful of smaller multi-story buildings as well as renovate the former St. Michaels School building. The school will serve as the new home for EPIC Academy which currently operates down the street and is developing the project designed by local firm JGMA.
