The architectural firm JGMA has partnered with Humboldt Park Health on this $24 million project. Standing three stories tall and reaching a height of 62 feet, the 45,500-square-foot building will showcase a curved design featuring a pearlescent green and blue facade, complemented by glass curtain wall cut-outs.

At 2933 W Division Street in Humboldt Park, the construction of a new health and wellness center continues to advance, with the building’s shell now in place. Valued at $24 million, the center covers an area of 45,500 square feet and reaches a height of 62 feet. This three-story building is a collaborative effort between Humboldt Park Health and the architectural firm JGMA. The curved design will be clad in an iridescent facade, composed of blue and green metal paneling and glass curtain wall cut-outs.

This initiative commenced in January when the foundational permit was approved. Recent visuals depict brisk advancement in foundational stages. This glassy curved structure by JGMA will stand where a vacant plot and a duplex once were.

A full building permit has been issued for a three-story wellness center at 2933 W Division Street in Humboldt Park, with Humboldt Park Health as its developer. The project kicked off this past January when the initial foundation permit was issued. As seen in most recent photos, extensive foundation work is already progressing rapidly. The new JGMA-designed structure will be replacing what was previously an empty lot and a two-flat building.

Initial building permits have been issued for the new wellness center at 2933 W Division Street in Humboldt Park. Located on the southwest corner with N Richmond Street, the project was proposed early last year and moved its way through the Plan Commission and City Council prior to securing the current foundation permits. Developer Humboldt Park Health will replace an empty lot and a single two-flat building with a new angular structure designed by local architecture firm JGMA.

Located on the intersection with N Richmond Street and across the street from the neighborhood’s namesake park, the new facility will replace an empty lot and three-story residential building while utilizing the existing adjacent parking lot. Developer Humboldt Park Health recently received approval from the Chicago Plan Commission on the JGMA-designed structure.
