Located on a corner lot at the intersection of W Henderson Street and N California Avenue. The nearest public transportation is the 94 CTA bus, a one-minute walk to the California & Roscoe stop. The Belmont CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line, is an 18-minute walk from the site.
Demolition permits have been issued for two multi-unit residential buildings in the Wrigleyville neighborhood, less than a block west of Wrigley Field across from N Clark Street. The smaller of the two structures, 1128 W Patterson Avenue, is a two-story frame building, while the larger 1118 address also stretches two floors and borders 1128’s eastern elevation.
Permit revisions have been made for a nine-story office building addition at Fulton Market‘s 732 W Randolph Street, where the development will integrate both programmatically and architecturally with an existing six-story masonry office building. The new wing will be owner-occupied by 730 Randolph, LLC.

Permits were filed recently for the Alcove Wicker Park phase of Vermillion Development’s 55-unit residential project at 1650 W Division Street, consisting of 12 townhouses. In total, the project is expected to cost $15 million to build. Vermillion Wicker Park Development, LLC is listed as the owner, while Howard Hirsch of Hirsch MPG is listed as the architect of record.
