Concrete and steel construction has begun to rise at Fulton River District‘s 354 N Union Avenue, where Onni Development Group has planned a 32-story residential tower. Set to include 373 rental units, the tower’s offerings will mainly consist of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. However, planning documents show that the penthouse units will vary between two- and three-bedroom residences.
Caissons can be seen lined up along the site of 354 N Union Avenue, a 32-story residential tower now underway near the northwest corner of Fulton River District.
A full opening is imminent for Old Town Park Phase Three, the third installation of Onni Group‘s mixed-use development in Near North Side. Located at 228 W Hill Street, the near-complete 41-story tower will house a combination of retail, office space, 450 apartments, and six townhouses.
Caisson work is now underway for 354 N Union Avenue, a 32-story residential tower planned for Fulton River District. Developed by Onni Group, the tower will replace a previously vacant lot bound by K2 apartments to the north, a Jewel-Osco parking lot to the east, the Union Pacific tracks to the south, and N Halsted Street to the west.
Onni Group has revealed their proposed Halsted Pointe development located at 901 N Halsted Street in Goose Island. Planned for the site of the current Greyhound Bus facility, the project site is located at the southern tip of Goose Island. The property is bound by N Halsted Street to the west, W Hooker Street to the north, and the Chicago River to the south and east.
