Work is wrapping up for Onni Group‘s Old Town Park Phase Three, a 41-story mixed-use tower located at 228 W Hill Street in Near North Side. The nearly complete development marks the final installation of a masterplan comprised of an additional 31- and 40-story tower, as well as the renovation of the existing nine-story Atrium Village Complex.

The new 447-foot-tall structure will contain retail at ground level, office space, and 456 residences, divided between 450 apartments in the tower and six two-bedroom townhomes at its base. Each of the tower units will have access to balcony space, while the two-story townhomes will offer private rooftop terrace spaces on the third level.

In-building features include an amenity deck on the sixth floor that will be shared with the Phase Two tower. This deck will provide an outdoor hot tub and heated pool, as well as a terrace area with green space and lounge areas. Parking will include 193 spaces in an integrated garage.

The facade also incorporates glass railings that line the balconies, as well as decorative metal paneling.
