Exterior construction is wrapping up on a new four-story residential building under construction at 1526 N Wieland Street in Old Town. Planned by Halcyon Development and dubbed “W8 Old Town,” the project will offer eight total condominium units.
A permit was approved on Tuesday for a new four-story residential building to be located at 1833 N Larrabee Street in the West Lincoln Park neighborhood. The owner is listed under the name Development Group LLC – North Side Branch with plans that include rear stairs on all levels, as well as rear porches on the second, third, and fourth levels. The stairs will continue up to an enclosed rooftop deck. The building will include a basement-level three-car garage, the roof of which will house a second deck. The building will replace a previous structure that has been previously demolished.
Construction permits have been issued for a new four-story residential development at Old Town‘s 1526 N Wieland Street. The filing owner, listed under Development Group, LLC – Old Town Branch, has planned eight integrated units, an elevator, a rooftop deck with a stair/elevator enclosure, a front balcony on the first floor, a rear balcony on the second and third floors, and an eight-car garage with a partial rooftop deck.
Full construction permits have been issued for a two-story residential building planned for 4853 W Nelson Street in Belmont Cragin. Owned by John Hanches, the project will comprise of two total units, a three-car concrete parking pad, and a finished basement that will house a second floor for the bottom unit. The new construction will replace a currently vacant grass lot.
