A construction permit has been issued for a new residential development located at 2020 W Webster Avenue in the Bucktown neighborhood. The four-story building will feature six dwelling units and a basement level. The project will replace what was previously an unoccupied plot of land. The listed owner for the project is Development Group LLC – Bucktown Branch.
The self-cert architect for the project is Hanna Architects. According to the submitted filing, the development will feature front balconies on the first, second, and third stories, a rooftop deck, and rooftop stair enclosures. Additional amenities will include a detached five-car garage with its own rooftop deck, as well as one exterior parking space on a concrete pad.
Parking provisions for the development are thorough, with a total of six spaces—five within a detached garage and one exterior spot. Bus service in the vicinity includes Routes 50 and 74, while Western Station can be found via an 18-minute walk southwest.
BM UK Enterprise Company is listed as the general contractor for the construction. The total reported cost for the project is $3,029,145. At this time, an estimated completion date has not been announced.
